The Ultimate Password has all 8 Robot Masters beaten, their weapons recieved, Exit Device, Energy Balancer and Proto Shield gained, Beat is saved, the RUSH circuit plates and Rocket Punch collected, as well as all 3 Rush Adaptors collected, 999 Bolts, 4 Energy Tanks, 4 Weapon Tank and 1 Super Tank gained. Auto's Hyper Bolt is also collected, but not handed over to him. Rockman also starts on Dr. Wily's Castle Stage 4.
